Terms of use
The terms for using elokeo, your speaking exercises and your account.

1. The service
elokeo offers speaking exercises in French and English, guided courses, recording analysis and a practice history. Its purpose is to help you develop eloquence and ease when speaking.
The service is published by the entity identified in the legal notice. These terms apply to the app and its presentation website.
2. Your account
Use an email address you can access or a valid Google or Apple identity. Protect your sign-in methods and do not use someone else's account.
Your account saves your analyses and practice. You can delete it in your profile or follow the instructions on the account deletion page.
3. Your recordings
Record your own answer to the exercise. Do not record someone else without their agreement or submit content you are not entitled to access or use.
Avoid confidential data, business secrets and sensitive information about other people. You retain your rights to what you say; your recording is processed to provide the analysis and features you request.
The privacy policy describes the data processed and the providers used.
4. Automated feedback
Transcriptions, timestamps, measurements and advice may be incomplete or incorrect. Listen to your attempt again to check a passage and use the feedback as a starting point for practice.
elokeo does not diagnose conditions, measure your personality or confidence, or guarantee an outcome in an interview, presentation or exam.
Points, streaks and badges represent recorded activity in the app. They are not a certification of skill or a professional ranking.
5. Respectful use
Do not use elokeo to submit unlawful content, infringe other people's rights, bypass the service's protections or disrupt its operation. Security measures may restrict abusive use.
6. Operation and changes
A compatible device, microphone permission and an internet connection are needed for recorded exercises and their analysis. Permissions and reminders can be adjusted on your phone and in your profile.
Maintenance or provider incidents may make some features temporarily unavailable. Features may change; the information displayed when you use them should remain current.
These terms do not limit your mandatory rights as a user or consumer. No provision on this page removes a protection granted by applicable law.
7. Support
For access issues, an analysis or a question about your account, use the support page. Never include a sign-in code or password in your message.
